What you will experience
Besides a daily yoga & meditation by the beach & our CBT session, we will have plenty of time to enjoy this breathtaking Greek Island. From its famous views, yachting , gorgeous beaches, exceptional food and wine, Santorini offers an abundance of experiences. We are just steps away from world-class activities and amenities.
Our excursions will allow us to experience the many unique landscapes and activities the island has to offer. We will tour idyllic villages, ancient ruins and towns, we will hike to peak points and swim in amazing volcanic beaches. Our week will include free time to unwind with massage treatments, beach time or shopping, or just relaxing by the pool or neighbourhood beaches!

Secluded Villa Accomodation in shared rooms in a beachside location
Our home for the week will be the beautiful seaside village of Monolithos , one of the quietest villages, ideal for its location and proximity to the major sites, but without the bustling crowds. It boasts a spectacular long black sand beach overlooking the sunrise.
Our Villa complex enjoys a secluded location just 3 minutes walk from the beach. Our accommodation is in shared rooms, each with a cheerful décor, the elegant rooms open to terraces or balconies. The villas are fully equipped, with spacious lounge areas, bathrooms, kitchen, terraces.
With plenty of sun loungers, beautiful space for yoga practice by the pool and a short walk to the beach, our home for the week will make you want to stay much longer.
During your stay we have exclusive use of the villa complex. This will ensure privacy and relaxation!

The benefits of combining Yoga, Mindfulness and CBT
Yoga is an exercise that also has a mental/emotional focus. It incorporates components of the mind and the body and it’s practice produces physical and emotional wellbeing. Yoga postures regulate your breath which invokes a relaxation response leading to reduced stress activation in your body which calms your nervous system.
Mindfulness practice helps you to calm the busy mind and bring your awareness to the present moment. It helps you to become aware of your thoughts, the stories that are floating in your mind and helps you to identify them without judgement and let them go.
CBT is the link that will help you challenge your unhelpful thoughts and beliefs of which Yoga and Mindfulness practice have helped you to become aware of. You will come to understand how your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and body sensations are all connected and how, by changing your thoughts and behaviours, your feelings and body sensations will also change.
CBT is evidence based, as is Yoga and Mindfulness, from thousands of research studies and has been used in mental health for many years. Over the last number of years more and more evidence has emerged that combining CBT with Mindfulness and Yoga practices enhances physical and mental wellbeing.
Susi Lodola MSc MIACP
Susi is a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist/Psychotherapist with many years experience in helping women achieve life balance, find confidence and overcome unhelpful and limiting beliefs.
Susi has a degree in Psychology and Psychotherapy as well as a Masters in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and is a lecturer in Psychotherapy. She is the clinical director in her Psychotherapy & Counselling Center in Dublin and she is a regular contributor in the Irish Media on mental health issues.
Marina Gourneli , M.A, E-RYT 500
“Marina Gourneli is an experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500, YACEP) and Massage Therapist who believes in the transformative power of yoga and holistic therapies.
With extensive training in Yoga, Massage Therapy and Sound & Vibrational Healing , Marina brings a unique perspective to her practice. She leads yoga classes, workshops, teacher trainings, and retreats, sharing her knowledge and expertise with others. She also runs a popular meditation podcast in greek, spreading the benefits of mindfulness and relaxation to a wider audience.
